Reflecting on Handsomeness!

My name is Genaro Pulido. I was born in México in a little town named Churintzio which means "long night". I came to the US for the first time in 1974 and established myself permanently in 1980. I was equiped with a dream, like the majority of immigrants that come to this beautiful country, of getting a better life.
I did my elementary, secondary and preparatory studies in private schools in Mexico as well as philosophy. I took some classes at Merced Junior College, a television course, and many other courses that have enriched immensely my cultural knowledge and my life.
I have developed many types of work from agricultural: picking up the harvest like peaches, grapes, tomatoes, strawberries, sweet potatoes, etc. to radio, television, car and encyclopedia salesman, public relations, and marketing for a successful chiropractor.
In 1987, I was the most fortunate man on earth since Gloria, whom I call "flaquita" ( little skinny lady), married
me. God has blessed us with four children: One boy and three girls. Their names are Genaro Edgar, Bethania Estefania, Andreina Sheila and Alondra Jarnet. Currently, all my children are attending a private school.
MY GREATEST PASSION
My family is my greatest passion and then is my Real Estate career.My gentle approach to real estate is in tune with the needs of my clients and always with honesty and integrity.
Peace of mind is a great feeling I strive to get for my clients in the complicated world of real estate. I do it with passion and professionalism due to the fact that the real estate business is for me, not merely a profession; it is a vocation.

To be successful in the real estate industry, I have to team up with the best partner, and that partner is called "Creative Innovation". This unique companion inspires me to be creative and to implement strategies that bring results. By incorporating the products and services to the gentle arsenal of my profession, the process of selling or buying real estate turns into an enjoyable event.
HOW THE HANDSOME MAN CAME INTO EXISTENCE?
As you have noticed, my approach to real estate is very different from the common real estate agent´s.
With the creative purpose of building optimism and being able to perform above and beyond as the common real estate agent does, "The Handsome Man" was born. This innovative creation, that is part of me, came to existence 5 months after I got my real estate license. Since then other innovations have been created complementing what "The Handsome Man" stands for. All of my innovations have been tested and they do work to accomplish the goals of my clients, leaving them "handsomely happy" before, during and after every single transaction.
Tranquility and happiness are genuine feelings that money can not buy. The satisfaction and rewards of being of service to my clients is the best incentive that encourages me to continue in the path of excellence.
